At CrossFit 182, to ensure the safety and success of of our gym members, we require all new clients to complete a free assessment. Based on your assessment results, your trainer will recommend a beginner option that must be completed before joining in regular classes.
All of our beginner options teach the basic lifts and movements used in CrossFit, in order to lay the foundation for progression into more advanced movements. We teach safety and technique first and prepare you for the skill and intensity levels required in our regular classes.
Experienced CrossFit athletes wishing to waive the beginner option can be evaluated and take an exemption test during their free assessment.
