CrossFit Foundations is a comprehensive 6-week program designed to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit and provide guided skill development to ensure success in our regular CrossFit classes. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by a skilled instruction, a group workout and a stretch and cool down session.
- Learn basic CrossFit movements, lifts, and exercises with an emphasis on proper form and safety
- Progressively increase strength, endurance, confidence and overall fitness level
- Receive instruction by certified CrossFit trainers in a non-intimidating, supportive group environment
- Learn basic nutrition and its role in fitness
- No need to get in shape before starting CrossFit – all fitness levels are welcome! Workouts can be scaled or modified to accommodate physical limitations
